About

My name is Brett Clarke, and there’s a simple but powerful system I use to help men over 30 shred fat, rebuild discipline, and forge the kind of strength that impacts every area of life.

It’s the same method that helped me come back from loss, after failure and eventually become a four-time world champion.

I didn’t grow up with much. We slept on the floor.

But I had two things that shaped everything:
Parents who taught me what real strength looks like
A stubborn refusal to stay down

I lost my first South African championship. Got destroyed.
Came back stronger and won it.

I lost at Worlds three times in a row.
Kept showing up. Won four titles.

Nearly lost everything during COVID lockdowns.
Pivoted, rebuilt, came back even stronger.

That's the pattern: Fall. Rise. Break through.

This system isn’t about chasing aesthetics. Although getting ripped is a nice bonus.

It’s not about starving or punishing yourself.

It’s about becoming the man your family can count on. The leader you know you were meant to be. The kind of man who doesn’t fold under pressure.
